Once we get your gearbox in its instantly broken down and all parts placed in an industrial parts washer to remove the grime and grease allowing us to find the fault and quote. Once approved all bearings and seals are replaced with brand new OEM parts and all damage to the housing or bearing seal areas is repaired. Any gearing or shafts that need to be replaced are replaced with a manufactured part or with an OEM Part. Bearings are installed using liquid nitrogen to shrink the shafts and placing a super heated bearing on top allowing gravity to install irt.

Once assembled your gearbox is coated with a polymer designed to reduce vibration and overheating. It is then transferred to our QC Area and placed on a custom test bench on a light load for 6 hours to test for leaking, Overheating, Vibration and other abnormalities. Once it passes this test it is certified with our 24 Month Warranty.
