All manufactured gears are also warrantied for 24 months. Once we assemble all components we begin the reassembly process and replace all bearings and seals. We never press on bearings instead using the TImken Certified Bearing Installation Method of shrinking the shafts and placing super heated bearings on top allowing for gravity to perform the installation.
Once your Dodge Gearbox is assembled it is then placed on a custom built test bench to test for 6 hours for leaking, overheating or vibrations as well as any other abnormalities. Once your Dodge Gearbox passes these tests it is certified with our 24 month warranty which goes into effect when you place the gearbox into production.
