Once your gearbox arrives in our shop it is instantly broken down and placed in an industrial parts washer to clean and find the faults. All damage to bearing seal areas is repaired as well as any damage to the housing. We then replace or repair all damaged gearing and internal components with brand new internal components or manufactured components before replacing ALL the bearings in the gearbox with fresh from OEM bearings that are installed the Timken Way. By shrinking the shafts and dropping a super heated bearing on top allowing gravity to perform the installation.
Once your gearbox is repaired we then reassemble it and coat it in a temperature reducing polymer designed to prevent overheating before connecting your western gearbox to a six hour test bench filled with Royal Purple Testing oil to test for leaking, overheating and Vibrations.
