Once your gearbox makes it to our shop our 12 point inspection immediately begins where we also tear the gearbox down and place the components inside of a pressure washer to remove the grime and grit allowing us to better determine the fault for accurate processing and quoting. Once approved for the quoted Gearbox Repair your Raymond Mill Gearbox immediately undergoes all stages of the repair process including repairing any damage to the housing or bearing seal areas. We then repair or replace any internal components and replace them with OEM Direct parts or with parts we manufacture in house.

Once your gearbox is reassembled it is then coated in a temperature resistant polymer designed to reduce overheating before being inspected one more time as it moves to our Quality Control Division for testing.
