Once we get your gearbox in to our shop we instantly take it apart and place the components inside of a industrial pressure washer allowing us to clean the grime off to find the fault. Once we quote you and get an approval we immediately begin our Gearbox Repair process. We repair any damage to the housing and bearing seal areas, Replace or repair any damage to the shafts or gearing replacing if necessary with OEM parts or with manufactured parts. All bearings and seals are always replace by shrinking the shafts with liquid nitrogen and then superheating a bearing allowing gravity to perform the installation.
